Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta wants to sign Mykhaylo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk in the January transfer window, according to . The report has claimed that Mudryk is on the radar of a number of top clubs in Europe, and Arsenal are among those who are keen on securing the services of the 21-year-old Ukraine international winger.
Mudryk has been on the books of Shakhtar since 2016 and has established himself as one of the most important players in the team and is one of the best young wingers in Europe. The 21-year-old winger has scored four goals in seven Ukrainian Premier League matches and has scored three goals and provided two assists in six UEFA Champions League games for Shakhtar so far this season.
Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 31 points from 12 matches, two points above second-placed and defending champions Manchester City.
